It also motivated me to share. Detoxing for more than three weeks has fundamentally changed my food and my relationship with me. The program was aimed at a careful diet, but I was able to apply that principle to other aspects of my life. By disconnecting from social media, deactivating Facebook pages, staying away from negative people, and learning to socialize all the time, I was able to spend more time for myself and realized the importance of self-care.
